One Minute meditation

I think in todays fast growing world, it is too difficult to sit down in one place and properly follow the authentic instructions of meditation. We are driven by our jobs, family, money, passion, desire etc and it seems impossible to sit like a Buddha and do meditation.  

In the past, actual way of meditation was so difficult and so secretive that only rare people were able to find out the meditation guided by Buddhist monks or Indian Sages, Rishis etc.

Nowadays we require a friendly effortless and quick way to start meditation.
I have tried to narrow down some points so that anyone can follow.. .

The 7 steps

#1. Sit in a comfortable posture.

#2. Close your eyes and breath.

#3. Breath in, happiness in and breath out, negativities out.

#4. Feel the air touching your nostril.

#5. Feel the changes in your whole body.

#6. Accept yourself who you are.

#7. Smile :)


I am not a professional meditation master but just a student who is on the path of learning and these techniques are small packets of meditation that I enjoy during my working hours also.
